YES, you will need to either set up your payments in ShulCloud or call the finance office to give us your payment information so they can set up payments in ShulCloud. Your payment information was NOT transferred from the old system to the new system.
For security reasons, please do not email bank or credit card information.
-
You are not imagining things! Your statement may show a higher balance than before we switched to ShulCloud.
ShulCloud works best if the full charges for the fiscal year are added at one time. That means your current balance reflects all charges through the end of May. You will see the balance decrease as you make payments. If you had requested monthly billing you will see 12 charges on your statement for your 20/21 Terumah Contribution.
This cycle will repeat in June 2021 (the beginning of our fiscal year), when you will see one charge for your full fiscal year contribution. You are welcome to send monthly, quarterly or semi-annual payments.
-
Yes, you are able to see amounts pledged to be paid in future years. To view this information:
- Hover on My Account
- Click on My Billing
- Click on the View all transactions button, located under the Balance Today section.
- Change the date range to end at the latest date you think you might have a pledge outstanding.
- Click on the update filter button.
-
Just like any business that accepts credit cards or ACH/Electronic Check deposits, B’nai Jehudah pays processing fees for this convenience for members. Please consider it a gift to make a donation by including the convenience charge to help cover processing fees. This helps cut overhead costs for our synagogue.Important note: ShulCloud offers significantly lower fees for electronic check processing vs. credit card payments. Please consider using an e-check for payments for a much lower processing fee.
-
A few additional items to note when making your Terumah payments:1. Our current fiscal year ends May 31, 2021. To make automatic monthly payments, count the number of months left in the fiscal year (including May) and divide your automatic payments evenly.2. If you would like to receive your statements:
- on a schedule other than monthly, or
- via email,
please contact the office to let us know: 913-663-4050.
