Kesher: Learning & Social Opportunities for 7th, 8th & 9th Grade Students
Kesher students are provided with opportunities to understand issues that will challenge their thinking. They examine topics in age-appropriate groups, led by facilitators who create opportunities for interesting discussions and activities, all from a Jewish perspective. By engaging in various discussions, students will not only see the world through “Jewish eyes” but they will act in a Jewish manner. Each topic will be taught in a five week unit, students rotate every five weeks.
Virtual Kesher: A Distance Learning Opportunity
Just like always, Kesher is held each Wednesday throughout the school year. Currently, we are meeting each week via Zoom. While we can’t join together over pizza each week, this is a wonderful opportunity for our Kesher students to have the opportunity to learn, connect and discuss with their peers.

All Kesher Zoom classrooms are private, with limited access. Parents will receive Zoom information weekly via email. If your 7th-9th grader is not yet enrolled in Kesher, they can still participate! Contact Dayna Gershon at firstname.lastname@example.org to enroll.
