Days of Awe
Shabbat Shuvah with Rabbi Mark Glass
September 22 | 6:00 pm
The Shabbat between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur is called Shabbat Shuvah, the Sabbath of Repentance. Each year, this special service has featured a notable member of the clergy, offering a message of repentance and interpersonal reconciliation. We look forward to this unique opportunity to hear Congregation BIAV’s Rabbi Mark Glass inspire us for the coming year.
A native of Manchester, England, Rabbi Glass has been the rabbi of Congregation BIAV since August 2020. He received his BA in Philosophy, MA in Jewish Philosophy, and Semikha at Yeshiva University after spending more than two years learning in Yeshivat Hakotel in Jerusalem.
