Special Programs
Rosh Hodesh
Since ancient times, Rosh Hodesh - or the new moon - has been
considered a sacred time for women. Each month we gather to
greet the new moon, learning, creating, and sharing intentions
for the time ahead. A group of women has shown interest in creating
a Rosh Hodesh group at The Temple, Congregation B'nai Jehudah.
Our goal is for different women to host/lead each month. Programs
may include: crafts, yoga, food, wine tasting, song, or story.
Rabbi Shuval-Weiner and Cantor Kohn are clergy partners to this
group.
